Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is PCDKWD20190626 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333111 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-07-01 13:30:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be Pueblo, CO 81006 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Fogger ULV Sprayer with the high Performance Laminar Air Flow nozzle that swivels 360 º horizontally and 200 º vertically. Must meet all label requirements for ground ULV products, including malathion at 4.3 oz./ minute. Must have remote cab flow control and Non-shear anti-vibration mounts. Must have FMI electric lab pump, with waterproof, lockable enclosure, electric start, built-in flusher, lockable pour-clean 15 gallon poly chemical tank. Must contain automatic engine idle back and automatic throttle control. Needs to have chemical flow hour meter, engine hour meter and tachometer. Needs to have Automatic low pressure cutoff as wells as remote engine start/stop/choke/flush. Engine must be a HP, 305 cc with a blower of 105 CFM at 3600 RPM. Nozzle needs to be IHPLAT and the dimensions of the unit needs to be no less than 42 inches long x 38 inches wide x 43 inches height. Flow rate ULV needs to be 18 oz./min (532ml) and formulation tank must hold 15 gallons (56.7 liter). Flush tank must be 2 quart (1.9 liter) and the fuel tank must be 2.84 gallons (10.7 liter). Must have All steel construction with Z-base rails for easier vehicle mounting. Needs to be green in color. Must be equipped with the SmartFlow system offers an unprecedented level of accuracy and precision and can be used in tandem with GPS for variable flow as well as with one-step calibration and three preprogrammed rates, have the ability to adapt quickly to varying field conditions. Cougar ULV Sprayer, 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested Offerers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MICC End User intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC End User is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.UnisonMarketplace.com.
