Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood is issuing a SOLICITATION for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract to replace HVAC systems on the 2nd and 3rd floor of Building 1001, Fort Hood, Texas. This includes but is not limited to demolition and replacement of air handling units (AHU) 7 through 14 and return fans (RF) 7 through 14. There will also be minor replacement of ductwork, piping, valves, controls and electrical. This acquisition is 100% Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside under NAICS 238220 (Size Standard $15 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
