Description

This is an additional Notice of Intent to modify the current contract with Bloomberg Finance, L.P. awarded without full and open competition. The circumstances permitting other than full and open competition are prescribed in FAR 6.302-1, One Responsible Source, under the authority of the Competition in Contracting Act, 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). A modification to the current contract with Bloomberg Finance, L.P. is required to acquire one additional proprietary terminal license subscription service. The subscription service provides the Department of Energy Loan Programs Office (LPO) with mission critical information for the LPO Origination and Portfolio Management Divisions (see previous attachment). The base year period of performance for the one additional proprietary terminal license subscription service will begin 7/1/2019 through 2/10/2020, and the option year periods of performance will coincide with the contract's option year periods of performace from 2/11/2020 through 2/10/2024. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
