- The acquisition will result in a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Design-Build contract for the construction of a 750,000 gallon fire protection on-grade water storage tank (P-985 Fire Water Tank), located at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $1M and $5M for the entire project (design and construction). The NAICS Code for this procurement is 237110 (Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction). The contract period of performance is anticipated to consist of approximately 650 calendar days.
