Description

The Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation (AFSAC) Directorate located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH intends to award a sole source, fixed-price contract with Redwood Software, Inc. The contract will provide an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution, Report2Web, which is a specialized distribution repository with powerful enterprise archiving and records management. Redwood Software is the proprietary owner of the Report2Web software and licenses. The product solution provides the necessary software, license, material, documentation and electronic delivery of content for AFSAC stakeholders in support of AFLCMC/WFR ECM modernization. This product solution will review the current environment, develop a migration plan, install/configure a new ECM with Virtual Printing Service (VPS), test end-to-end, provide knowledge transfer to AFSAC personnel and supply Site Configuration Documentation detailing architecture of the new environment. This contract will be delivered on 30 September 2019.
