- COAL CREEK WARE YARD IMPROVEMENTS The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the Coal Creek Ware Yard Improvements. The work to be done includes all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to 1) prepare construction site; 2) design and install foundation and contract floor for structure; 3) construct/erect a pre-fabricated storage structure on foundation; 4) perimeter fencing and gates; and 5) connection to utilities as shown in the specifications provided with this notice. The work is located in Cedar City, Utah. The contract period of performance is 90 calendar days from notice to proceed. A site visit will be held on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 9:00 am MT. See instructions attached. This project will be 100% set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 with a small business size standard of $36.5 million, average annual gross receipts for the past three years. Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number 140L5719R0005, will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net on or about July 8, 2019, with solicitation closing date on approximately July 22, 2019. These dates are subject to change. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall monitor the solicitation at www.fedconnect.net. Interested parties shall periodically check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guaranteed notification. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance and payment bonds are required for all construction contracts exceeding $150,000. To be considered eligible for award, vendors must be registered and have active profiles with completed representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov).
