- SOURCES SOUGHT/PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - DO NOT SUBMIT A QUOTE Request for Quote will be posted on FedBIzOpps on or about July 10, 2019, at this link. Specs and drawing wil be posted on this site at that time. Esitmate is betwee $25,000 and $100,000. The Nebraska National Forest, Bessey Nursery in Halsey, NE, has a reqluirement to remove and dispose old bakc-up generator and transfer switch that supports two greenhouses; construct concrete slab; install new propane generator and new transfer switch with accessories to provide a functioning backup generator.
