Description

This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (CC) intends to award a Fixed Price Purchase Order to Siemens Medical Solutions, USA, Inc. 40 Liberty Blvd, Malvern, PA, 19355-1418, on a sole source basis for service and extended maintenance of the Siemens Ultrasound equipment in the Rehabilitation Medicine Department, NIH Clinical Center. Manufacturer will warranty equipment only if serviced by current Siemens certified service providers. Equipment requiring extended warranty and maintenance, currently in use: Acuson S2000 Ultrasound Machine Period of Performance: The Period of Performance is estimated to begin sometime in July, 2019, so the estimated Base period of performance is 7/15/2019-7/14/2020. Option Year 1: 7/15/2020-7/14/2021 Option Year 2: 7/15/2021-7/14/2022 Option Year 3: 7/15/2022-7/14/2023 Option Year 4: 7/15/2023-7/14/2024 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
