- DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment for the paving of project roads and parking areas near Stephens and Brady Mountain Recreation Area (Garland County), Tompkins Bend Boat Ramp Parking Area (Montgomery County) at Lake Ouachita Arkansas. Principal features of the work include: mobilization and demobilization, cold milling of bituminous pavements, repairing failed areas in existing pavement, placing asphalt concrete hot mix surface course, placement of double layer asphalt surface treatment, installing new raised pavement markers, pavement lettering, symbols, and markings, and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 Plans and specifications will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Bidders may register on the Interested Vendor's List (IVL) at http://www.fbo.gov/ and retrieve an IVL from the same location. Compact disc and hardcopies will not be available.
