BACKGROUND: The Rehabilitation and Extended Care Line is requesting to procure One (1) Audio/Video Entertainment System for a Community Living Center (CLC) 1C Dining Area. The location of the dining area is at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, 2002 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, TX 77030. Equipment must meet sanitary and accessibility requirements of the CLC s residents. PROJECT SCOPE: This is for the design, purchase, delivery, and installation of an audio/video entertainment system in the Community Living Center (CLC) Nursing Unit 1C Dining area. The design will support movie watching, Karaoke, Presentation/Public Announcement, and electronic/video game play. Delivery will be for all below identified line items: LINE ITEMS: -Sony 85" HDR Ultra HD TV, w/ Mount, 1 EACH -Projector HD 4K, Mountable, w/ Mount, 1 EACH -Projector Screen Retractable, Acoustically Invisible,1 EACH -Aurora DXP-62 AV Selector,1 EACH -Aurora DXB-8-W Wall Plate Control,1 EACH -JBLCSMA2120 Audio Control w/ Amplifier 2 Output,1 EACH -Shure UA844SWB Antenna Distributor,1 EACH -Shure BLX188/CVL J10 Lavalier System,1 SET -Shure BLX288/P658 Microphone System, 2 SET -Atlas Sound FAP62T Speakers, Pair, 4 PAIR -Sony 800BX HDR 4K Blu-ray Player,1 EACH -Karaoke Management Unit w/ HD Preloaded,1EACH -Sanus 27U AV Component Rack System, Locked, 1SET -MR4300 9 Outlet Home Theater Power, Rack Mount,1 EACH -HDMI Cable HDR 4K In-wall, 100', 1 EACH -HDMI Cable HDR 4K, 6', 6 EACH -Speaker Wire 16-Gage, Shielded, In-wall, 500', 1 BOX EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: -Screen size allows viewing for 1800 sq. ft. room -Screen is visible during low and bright light -Provides enough sound for Movies and Events for 1800 sq. ft. room -Minimum of eight 8 ceiling mounted speakers -Supports multiple input devices (i.e. Blu-ray, Xbox, Cable) and easy selection -Supports Karaoke System -Supports Microphones and Lavaliers -Wall mounted remote control -Components are rack mounted in a Locked Cabinet -Equipment is protected from electrical surge -1 Year Warranty Interested contractors are requested to respond in accordance with the following: 1. Are you the manufacturer or distributor of the items being referenced above (or equivalent product/solution)? 3. Does your company have an FSS contract with GSA or the NAC? If so, please provide the contract type and number. 4. Please respond to this notice if you are capable of providing supplies that can be determined EQUIVALENT to the products listed above. Please provide details on proposed EQUIVALENT products such as Manufacturer Name, Part Number, and Description. 5. DISTRIBUTORS: You must provide proof that you are an authorized distributor.
