- The Naval Supply Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego (FLCSD) Contracts Department is seeking information from potential small businesses from Woman Owned, Service Disabled Veteran, Hubzone, and 8(a). Interested contractors will not receive a formal notification or feedback on any information submitted in this Sources Sought request. All future/proposed submissions/solicitations requirements solicited on a Government Point of Entry will be evaluated independent of any information submitted in response to this Sources Sought. No contractor will be provided information on solicitations issued on a Government Point of Entry based on this Sources Sought request. All Small Businesses are invited to respond to this this market survey to determine market capabilities. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611519 with a size standard of $15M. It is requested that all interested parties respond with a Capability Statement of a maximum of five pages on 8.5 x 11 in paper, font no smaller than 10 point, demonstrating ability to perform the services listed in the SOW. In addition, interested contactors may also submit technical literature and brochures. The results of this Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if any small business opportunities exist for the upcoming solicitation. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. All interested small businesses shall submit responses via electronic email only to the attention of Ms. Juana Perez, Contract Negotiator at juana.perez@navy.mil. Questions or comments prior to the closing date may be addressed directly to the Contract Negotiator. Responses shall be received electronically via email no later than 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 8, 2019. Late responses will not be considered. The Capability Statement must address, at a minimum , the following. Incomplete responses will not be considered. 1. Statement providing Company Name, Company Address, Points of Contact (POC) include name, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address) and confirmation of current small business status under NAICS code 611519. 2) Prior/current corporate (past performance) experience performing efforts of similar size and scope within the last three years, including contract number, organization supported, indication of whether as a prime or subcontractor, contract values, hours/dollars incurred to date, Government point of contact with current telephone number and email address, and brief description of how the referenced contract relates to the services described herein. 3) The contractor s ability to manage, as a prime contractor, the types and magnitude of all tasking s in the PWS. To include the ability to provide contractor furnished training equipment to include motorcycles and personal protective helmets for students to use during the Basic Rider Course (BRC1) Level I. 4) For Small Business concerns, the contractor s ability technical capability, or potential approach, to achieving technical ability, to perform at least 51% with its own employees. 5) The contractor s technical approach and capacity, or the potential approach to achieving capacity, to conduct all the requirements of the PWS.
