Description: The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in Haiti issues this notice of intent to modify its existing firm fixed priced purchased order to Caudill Web to extend its period of performance for up to two option years. Under this proposed extension, the Contractor will continue to host USAID/Haiti's data management platform, and as requested, begin the migration of the data from this existing platform onto the USAID DIS platform.
