- DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Sub Part 12.6-Streamlined procedures fir evaluation and solicitation for commercial items-as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures under the authority of FAR 13.5, Simplified procedures for certain commercial items. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101/10-26-2018. The National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) Communications Technology Laboratory (CTL) and Public Safety Communications Research Division (PSCR) will participate in the 2020 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, NV to be held January 7-10, 2020. ***Exhibitor Booth for 2020 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) *** As an exhibitor, PSCR has a requirement for the rental of the booth structure, furnishings, audio visual equipment, graphics, electrical, all materials and handling, assembly labor, on-site services, and shipping/freight in accordance with the Statement of Work. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is conducted under the authority of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures with a NAICS code of 561290 with a small business size standard of $11 Million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. NIST anticipates to award a single, firm-fixed price purchase order. All vendors shall provide a firm-fixed price quotation in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors. All communications and documents must include the solicitation number NB671000-19-01876. Please email your quote to Lia Arthofer at lia.arthofer@nist.gov CLIN nomenclature, quantity, unit of issue. Pricing for CLIN 0001 should include: Audio visual, graphic, furnishings, and all associated labor and on-site services as described in the Statement of Work. Period of Performance will be 30 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination. Shipping services if required. Offers are due on July 16th, 2019 at 3:00 PM, Mountain Standard Time (MST). Offers shall be emailed to lia.arthofer@nist.gov. Offerors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing electronically to lia.arthofer@nist.gov. Questions must be received no later than July 10th, 2019, 12:00 PM MST. Any responses to questions will be made in writing, without identification of the questioner, and will be included in an amendment to the solicitation. Your quote must meet all the requirements of FAR 52.212-1, including the following information: -Information sufficient to demonstrate you can meet or exceed the requirements in the Specifications -Firm-fixed price quotation -Payment terms: net 30 -Requested period of performance is from 30 days ARO Not Later Than January 15, 2020. Contractor shall deliver completed booth no later than close-of-business Friday, January 3rd, 2020 in accordance with the Statement of Work. -Inspection and acceptance at Destination, inspection and acceptance to be not more than 14 business days after receipt. -Company DUNS Number: To be eligible for this award, the vendor must be registered with the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov, and have completed the Representations and Certifications therein for the specified NAICS code, or submit separate Representations and Certifications if the specified NAICS code is not listed in their SAM registration. The provision FAR Part 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors applies to this acquisition. Offeror shall meet the technical requirements and deliverable schedule.
