Description

AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W91QV1-19-Q-2019 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 512110 with a small business size standard of $32.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-07-02 15:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Special Shipping Instructions. The MICC Fort Belvoir requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide production support for the 2019, 1812 Overture Concert as defined in this PWS, except for those items specified as government-furnished property and services. The Government requires the drawing from the lighting contractor so know where we have to leave holes in the ground cover for the ballasts that they'll require to make the OSHA wind-rating standard., 1, JOB; LI 002: NON-PRICING CLIN- Contractor Manpower Reporting Requirement (ECMRA). The contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract via a secure data collection site.
