Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F9D3CE9064AW02 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 with a small business size standard of $15.0 million. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking the inspection, repair, and maintenance of the Base Fire Suppression System in multiple buildings throughout the facility in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price that meets or exceeds the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), which is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and whose proposal conforms to the solicitation requirements. A tentative site visit if needed is scheduled for 20 June 2019 at 10:00AM. Please email joseph.j.kugler.mil@mail.mil a list of all personnel that plan to attend at least 24 hours in advance.
