Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Army intends to issue a Request for Quotation for preventive maintenance services for two OMAX waterjet machines at Tooele Army Depot in support of Joint Munitions Command. The work required shall be performed in accordance with the solicitation Scope of Work by an OMAX-authorized vendor. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business participation and will result in a single award to one offeror for a one-year base performance period and four one-year option periods. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811310. Estimated issue date for the solicitation is 28 June 2019. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing https://www.fbo.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidders' mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government. Offers shall be submitted electronically to the points of contact at the email addresses specified in the solicitation. Quotations will NOT be accepted for this solicitation through the FBO web site.
