- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services is issuing Amendment 01 to Request for Proposal (RFP) 140F0219R0022. This amendment answers five questions that were received and extends the due date for proposals to Wednesday, July 3, 2019. This requirement is to repair and chip seal 2.15 miles of bike trail at Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge in Chaves County near Roswell, New Mexico. This RFP is a Total Small Business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a small business size standard of $37.5M.
