- Attached to this announcement is the FAA's Request for Comment pertaining to the FAA ™s anticipated FAA Enterprise Network Services (FENS) acquisition. Included in this package are a Request for Comments document, Draft 3 of the FENS Screening Information Request (SIR), and questions for industry. The FENS acquisition will encompass communications and information management services essential to National Airspace System (NAS) operations and agency administration.
