- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and equipment will not be returned to the sender. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest parties such as Other than Small Businesses, and Small Businesses to include Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Salient Characteristics CLIN 0001 Wel Cart Quantity 7 Dimensions shall be between: Height: 45" to 49" Depth: 21" to 26" Width: 30" to 35" Material shall be made of lightweight aluminum Color shall be sage green Drawers shall consist of: Three (3) drawers 3" deep Two (2) drawers 6" deep One (1) drawers 9" deep Shall have wireless auto-lock system Shall be equip with manual key override Slide through shelf shall have plastic top Shall have removable drawers Shall have at least two (2) locking casters CLIN 0002 Prox Reader for Wel Cart Quantity 7 Shall be card entry CLIN 0003 Premier Trellis System Quantity 7 Shall be able to hold two (2) five bin units CLIN 0004 Five-bin Unit Quantity 14 Shall have clear tilt bins Shall have slot used for labeling Shall be removable for cleaning and refilling Dimensions of each individual bin shall be: Height: 6" to 7" Depth: 5" to 6" CLIN 0005 Waste Container Quantity 7 Volume Shall be of 13 5/8 quarts Shall include brackets CLIN 0006 Full Drawer Modular Tray Quantity 21 CLIN 0007 Modular Tray for 6 Drawer Quantity 21 Each drawer shall include a modular tray that allows for separation of materials CLIN 0008 Configure Carts Quantity 1 Authorized technician shall complete: On-site setup; Integration of carts **If offering equipment as a non-manufacturer (i.e. distributor) the vendor is also required to submit memo from the manufacturer that shows they are authorized as a distributor of the equipment. DELIVERY SCHEDULE All items to be delivered during normal working hours between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) and the small business size standard is $27.5 Million.
