Description

A new Contract/Delivery Order will be issued through the Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) website under the Army Desktop and Mobile Computing-2 (ADMC-2). As required by Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 16.505(b)(2), this Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) is posted for the aforementioned contract/Delivery Order (DO) on the Army Computer Hardware Enterprises Software Solutions (CHESS), Department of Defense Army Desktop and Mobile Computing-2 (ADMC-2). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
