Description

This Amendment 1 changes sub-paragraphs 2.1., 2.2., and 2.3., of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to read as follows: 2.1. Contractor shall provide part number OSC-00007 and necessary labor to install the replacement part for the Equipment. 2.2. Contractor shall identify if any software updates or upgrades are required. Any such software updates or upgrades may be provided at an additional cost. Any additional cost must first have written authorization from the Contracting Officer. 2.3. If system is not working properly after installation of replacement part due to a malfunction of the replacement part or improper installation, Contractor will re-perform the services at no cost to the Government, otherwise Contractor will make additional repairs at an additional cost to the Government based on Contractor's standard hourly rates for travel, labor and parts following written authorization from the Contracting Officer.
