- This is a pre-solicitation announcement for the U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Arid-Land Agricultural Research Center (ALARC), 21881 N Cardon Ln, Maricopa, AZ 85138. A Request for Proposal will be issued on this Federal Business Opportunities website on or about July 17th, 2019 for construction project Maricopa, AZ, for construction and installation of covered parking structures, 21881 N Cardon Ln, Maricopa, AZ 85138. This announcement is a total set-aside for Small Business Concerns.
