- Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Philadelphia has a requirement for National Stock Number 4210-01-481-3875, Dry Chemical Fire Extinguisher, Part Number 15274. The NSN cites Amerex Corporation, cage code 54905, as the designated OEM for this item. The procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR 13.5 Test Program Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. We anticipate an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a two (2) year base period with thee (3) one (1) year options. The resulting contract will be a Fixed Price Contract with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA). Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Destination. This request will allow for a single award. The Government will make an award to the responsible offeror, offering the lowest price, whose offer conforms to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation.
