Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT- The Contracting Office at the Portland Air National Guard, under the United States Property and Fiscal Office for Oregon (USPFO for Oregon), intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Advantor Systems Corporation for providing the Oregon Air National Guard’s (ORANG) with a Program Security Refresh. Advantor Systems will provide the required items, as required by NGB, since Advantor is the only allowed security systems supplier. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR Part 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements; only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies that will satisfy the agency requirements. Advantor Systems is the only known source that can provide the necessary equipment and builds required. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
