- SRF/DISPATCHER UNIFORM-BPA (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) To facilitate electronic quote submissions through FedBizOpps, a request for quote (RFQ No. 140R3019Q0048) is being issued subsequent to this combined solicitation/synopsis. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-101, dated 10/26/2018. (iv) This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 315210 - Cut and Sew Apparel Contractors. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 315210 is 750 employees. (v) Line item 0001 - SRF / Dispatchers Uniforms for 2019, in accordance with Attachment 1 - Specifications and Attachment #3 - Exemplar Call. The specifications and exhibits provide more detailed information about the requirement and is attached to the RFQ. Line item 0002 - SRF / Dispatchers Uniforms for 2020, in accordance with Attachment 1 - Specifications and Attachment #3 - Exemplar Call. The specifications and exhibits provide more detailed information about the requirement and is attached to the RFQ. Line item 0003 - SRF / Dispatchers Uniforms for 2021, in accordance with Attachment 1 - Specifications and Attachment #3 - Exemplar Call. The specifications and exhibits provide more detailed information about the requirement and is attached to the RFQ. Line item 0004 - SRF / Dispatchers Uniforms for 2022, in accordance with Attachment 1 - Specifications and Attachment #3 - Exemplar Call. The specifications and exhibits provide more detailed information about the requirement and is attached to the RFQ. Line item 0005 - SRF / Dispatchers Uniforms for 2023, in accordance with Attachment 1 - Specifications and Attachment #3 - Exemplar Call. The specifications and exhibits provide more detailed information about the requirement and is attached to the RFQ. (vi) The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for a contractor to supply uniforms for the Hoover Dam Security Response Force and Dispatchers. It is the Governments intention to award one 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) as a result of this RFQ. The Government reserves the right to issue none or multiple BPA's. (vii) Ordering Periods shall begin on or about August 2019. All items shall be delivered to Bureau of Reclamation-LC-Hoover Dam Hoover Dam Central Warehouse State Route 172 Boulder City, NV 89005 Local Storefront within the greater Las Vegas area.
