Description

2 July 2019 amendment changed the following: 1. Attachment 1 PWS - Added the following language in 3.1.6.a: "The Graphic Design Principal and Video Production Principal fall under the Senior Graphic Designer and Senior Videographer labor categories and serve as the team lead/SME for their respective groups (i.e. graphic design and videography); There is no restriction on the number of positions in the Senior Graphic Designer and Senior Videographer labor categories." 2. Attachment 13 FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Removed incorrect hyperlinks on email addresses; Added the following language in 7.1: "The offeror shall not add any other labor categories to Tab 13M than those included in the RFP." 3. Attachment 14 FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation, Commercial Items - Changed language in 7.1 from: "The Government's calculated price for the Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort (FFP LOE) Labor Option CLINs 0005, 1005, and 2005, plus" to: "The Offeror's proposed price for the Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort (FFP LOE) Labor Option CLINs 0005, 1005, and 2005, plus". 4. Tab 13M Staffing Approach - Corrected the tab number in the header from 13N to 13M. No other changes were made in this amendment. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
