- The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for Gooseneck Trailer for Gering Nebraska. Quantity: 1 EA. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement.
