- The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, service and equipment necessary for, and incidental to, all designated work. The work includes the addition of two membrane bioreactor (MBR) unit processes and the associated work to upgrade the Naval Support Activity Annapolis (NSAA) Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), in order to achieve compliance with federal and state environmental regulations.
