- Page 1 of 1 Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 10, is soliciting and intends to award a Contract for in support of the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI, 48201. NAICS Code 621511, size standard $32.5 million. The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Detroit Medical Center University Laboratory, 4201 ST Antoine, Room 3A-UHC, Detroit, MI, for this procurement due to the requirement for STAT testing to be completed within one hour and sometimes picked up within ten minutes. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 2:00 PM EST on 07/10/2019. No telephonic inquiries shall be accepted. All responses must be e-mailed to the contracting officer.
