Description
AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is DRUMUSMACLSTMH0026 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-07-08 12:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be West Point, NY 10996 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: The microscope must be capable of 3D imaging without the requirement of using confocal apertures. It must be capable of producing 3D images conventionally with Red/Cyan images as well as through motion parallax and 3D surface profiles of specimens. It must have automated Z-focus stacking that produces extended depth of focus images. It must include brightfield, oblique, and fluorescence illumination capabilities installed but must be upgradable to accommodate darkfield, phase contrast, polarized, and reflected illumination at a later time. It must be an automated system and must include a computer, monitor, camera and applicable software to control the microscope and image capture. It must have a metal frame and must be capable of accommodating at least four objectives on the nose of the microscope. It must work on standard US 120 volt electricity. It must fit on a standard laboratory benchtop and weigh no more than 20 kg. The stage must be motorized and have a focus travel range of 50 mm. The stage must be controlled by the system software. It must have the capability of illumination by reflective light and transmitted light using LED sources. It must include the applicable light source to perform epi-fluorescence imaging. It must include a 20 megapixel camera capable of capturing HD video. The nose piece must be a quadruple and include four infinity plan apochromatic objectives (4x, 10x, 20x and 40x). The system must also include an Abbe type condenser. Bids must include shipping to 10996.
