- 7/3/2019: The purpose of this announcement is to post the Final Request for Proposal (RFP). Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Please note the due date for proposals is 9/3/2019 at 2:00PM MST. 7/3/2019: The purpose of this announcment is to post the Draft RFP Questions and Answers. 5/15/2019: The purpose of this announcement is to post the Pre-Solicitation Synopsis for this effort. 5/2/2019: The purpose of this announcement is to post the Draft - Request for Proposal (RFP) for the T-38 Structural Component Re-Engineering Program. The government is not requesting proposals at this time only feedback. Please note that requested industry feedback is due by 5/27/2019 at 2:00PM to the POC's identified in this announcement. Funds are not presently availaible for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
