- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF AN UPCOMING SOLICITATION The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region intends to solicit quotations for janitorial services at its Umatilla Field Office in Hermiston, Oregon and McKay Field Station in Pendleton, Oregon. A site-visit is scheduled for 11 a.m. (PDT) Wednesday, July 17, 2019. Vendors interested in attending the site visit can contact Gwen Boyle at GBoyle@usbr.gov. All vendors should be prepared to show a valid ID. Pursuant to Part 12 and Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around July 9, 2019. Quotes will be due on or around July 25, 2019. Reclamation anticipates issuing the RFQ set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720 and the associated Small Business Size Standard is $18 million. Reclamation will consider all responsible sources who submit a timely quote that conforms to the solicitation. Prospective offerors may submit quotes electronically only through FedBizOpps, FedConnect, or email to the Contract Specialist at GBoyle@usbr.gov. Any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated FREE website located at www.SAM.gov. All invoices for this procurement must be submitted through the Department of Treasury's Internet Payment Platform (IPP).
