- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Michigan City: Detroit Delineated Area (See attached map): Starting at the intersection of I-696 and John C Lodge Fwy, head east on I-696 to Woodward Ave, head south on Woodward Ave to Eight Mile Road, East on Eight Mile Road to Lake St. Clair/Detroit River, West along the Detroit River shoreline, North from the Ambassador Bridge and W Fort St, continuing North on I-96 to the intersection with I-75, east on I-75 to the intersection to John C Lodge Fwy, head north to the point of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 57,864 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft.
