- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure DW Cooling Coils, Fan Coil Assemblies and Fan Coil Units from DRS Marlo Coil. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
