Description
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS: The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business ™s for engineering and technical support services in support of the F18 and E18G configuration management planning and controls in support of the NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support (WSS) command. The contractor shall provide the necessary on-site engineering and technical support to allow the F18 and E18G programs to support existing and planned program efforts. The primary place of performance for this effort shall be: NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia 700 ROBBINS AVE. PHILADELPHIA, PA 19111-5083 It is anticipated that the resultant solicitation will result in a purchase order issued on a firm fixed price (FFP) basis. The anticipated base performance period will be 04 August 2019 through 03 August 2020 and will include three (3) one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541330. This requirement is being set aside for Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns and will be processed in accordance with FAR 13.5 and 19.1405. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and may submit information that shall be considered by NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office. It is anticipated that the solicitation for this requirement will be posted on or before 12 July of 2019. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for postings of the solicitation and any amendments thereto. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. The Government will neither award a contract nor pay for information in response to this notice. Any responses to this synopsis should be sent to the attention of John Charambura at john.charambura@navy.mil, these responses shall be received no later than 5:00 PM EST on 10 July 2019. Additional information for this requirement will be listed in the solicitation upon its release, which is anticipated to be on or before 12 July 2019 to the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (www.neco.navy.mil). Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (www.sam.gov) in order to be considered for award.
