- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for construction prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Proposal (RFQ) 12837119Q0040. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-59 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160 and the small business size standard is $15.0 million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Forest Service. The Government requires performance of the work described in these documents for the Sandia Helibase Roof located on the Cibola National Forest, Sandia RD. The project site is accessed from Albuquerque by traveling east on I-40 for about 18 miles to the Tijeras Exit 175 to south 337 for about 1.5 miles to FDR 462 (Chamisoso Canyon Road). Turn left (east) on to FDR 462 and follow for approximately 1.8 miles. The Helibase office is located at the end of the road.See attached solicitation package and list of attachments.
