Description

CHANGES DATED 9 July 2019. The purpose of Amendment 0011 is to update Attachment 14 - Phase TWO Price Proposal Form, provide Flow Tests for SEED Project #1, and provide As-Builts for SEED Project #3. Amendment 11 document to be posted to FBO, but the SEED project #3 RFP attachments will be delivered separately via AMRDEC SAFE due to file size and organization. Additionally Amendment 0006 SF30 Form was not provided via FBO by mistake--the Amendment form is hereby posted for Offerors to acknowledge. See Standard Form 30 for complete details. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
