- Approximate Solicitation Issue Date: 10 July 2019 The 55th Contracting Squadron will be conducting a full and open competition for non-personal services for Air Force Weather capability deployment and sustainment services. This acquisition will utilize the Tradeoff source selection procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, as supplemented.
