- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed price service contract for on-site project management training to Learning Tree International, 13650 Dulles Technology Drive, Suite 175, Herndon, Virginia 20171-6150, cage code 0J6P7. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 611430 Professional and Management Development Training, the size standard is $11.0M and the service code is U099. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements". Solicitation number W911N219Q0053 will be released on or about 15 July 2019, with a closing date on or about 22 July 2019. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.fbo.gov on or about 15 July 2019. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov.
