- Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood is issuing a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract to repair HVAC Building 91012 located at the Intersection of Headquarters OTC on Fort Hood, Texas. This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Women Own Small Business (WOSB). NAICS 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, (Size Standard $15 Million) will be used for this procurement. The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-APR-2019).
