- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Sam Houston intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) to provide Event Planning and Logistical Support Services for the Office of the Chief of Chaplains (OCCH), located at the Pentagon, Washington D.C. The vehicle to be used for this acquisition will be a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) with the ability to issue Task Orders with both Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable Contract Line Items (CLINs). The period of performance will consist of a five (5) year ordering period with anticipated annual Task Orders. The period of performance is 1 March 2020 - 31 August 2025. This includes a 60 day phase in/out and 52.217-8 Extension period.
