- The New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) has a requirement for Aircrew Life Vests manufactured by Capewell Aerial Systems, brand name only. This acquisition is reserved only for Small Business concerns; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315990 - Clothing, individual equipment & insignia, the size standard is 500 employees. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quotation for this solicitation must have a current registered in System for Award Management (SAM), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7. Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. The website for SAM is www.SAM.gov.
