- Replace Snyder House Roof, Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and equipment mobilization, tools, supplies, transportation, incidentals, and waste disposal of all debris and used materials to remove and replace the old roof, flashing, gutters, and downspouts, and repair or replace miscellaneous damage to decking, framing, fascia, soffit, plywood or other identified materials.
