- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract for one year for the renewal of the Risk.net subscription. CFTC currently uses the Risk.net subscription at it's office in Washington, DC. The Government intends to procure this requirement under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) "the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available." Risk.net is proprietary product that is only provided by the manufacturer, Incisive Financial Publishing/Incisive Media Services. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
