- This is an announcement directing interested parties to the FedConnect web page at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/ where details of a U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Request for Proposal (RFP) 140G0119R0028 may be viewed. This RFP constitutes the only solicitation. Discounted Firm Fixed Price (FFP) proposals are being requested for Construction services in support of the EROS Asphalt Paving and Crack Sealing project in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The posted RFP contains a description of requirements, Instruction to Vendors, Statement of Work, and applicable clauses. All vendors who can meet this requirement, have a valid Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS) and are registered in SAM are invited to submit electronic quotes for this posted RFP. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Questions are due via email to ndemby@usgs.gov no later than Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 12:00PM Eastern Time. Discounted Firm-Fixed Priced proposals are due via email to ndemby@usgs.gov no later than Monday, August 5, 2019 at 2:00PM Eastern Time.
