- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE SYNOPSIZING AN UPCOMING COMPETITIVE SOLICITATION SATISFYING THE REQUIREMENTS OF FAR 5.201 AND 5.203 AN INVITATION FOR BIDS WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT JULY 29, 2019 Replace Concrete Slab B106 Bath, NY VA Medical Center 36C24219B0050 The Bath VA Medical Center (VAMC) will be posting a solicitation to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to perform work under project number 528A6-19-601 titled Replace Concrete Slab B106. The work will include, but not limited to: selective demolition; concrete; drainage; general construction and site restoration for Replacing Concrete Slab at B106. All work will be accomplished on the Bath VAMC site as indicated in the specifications and drawings. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 20% bid bond will be required and must be submitted with the bid. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
