Description

THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The Veterans Benefits Administration, Phoenix Regional Benefit Office, 3333 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85012 has a requirement for a contract providing an Employee Assistance Program. The applicable NAICS code is 541612. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Veteran Owned Small Businesses with valid registrations at the VA s Vendor Information Pages (VIP) website (http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov) as well as valid registration at the System for Award Management, website (http://sam.gov/). Both company profiles must be registered under the applicable NAICS codes to be considered responsive. It is anticipated a Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted at www.FBO.gov within the one (1) business day. Questions regarding this announcement and subsequent RFQ may be directed to the Contracting Officer via email to Bertha V. Leguizamon at bertha.leguizamon@va.gov.
