Denson Phone: (256) 842‐2280 Email: antoine.c.denson.civ@mail.mil INTRODUCTION Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC‐RSA) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to provide a quantity of (46) PERFORMANCE AUDIO ANALYZERS WITH SOFTWARE, and FILTERS meeting the specifications listed below (under heading "Required Capabilities"). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set‐aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set‐aside categories will be considered. No feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. This notice is for market research purposes only and is not indicative of a full requirement. Should a requirement arise, the full requirement will be detailed in the solicitation, if issued. PROGRAM BACKGROUND This sources sought notice has been initiated in response to a requirement for (46) Performance Audio Analyzers. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Government requires that the following technical capabilities be met (government minimum specifications): Successful contractor must provide equipment in accordance with original equipment manufacturer exact part number U8903B Performance Audio Analyzers with software, and filters. Evaluation Factors a. Performance Audio Analyzers Part Number: U8903B (46) b. Software N3431A (46) c. Audio Analyzer, Filter Part Number: U8903BZ (46) The intent of this sources sought notice is to assess the commercial technology available to meet this requirement. The Government desires a system with minimal maintenance and inspection requirements at the organizational level. The system should also be easily repairable for deployed units. SUBMISSION DETAILS Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5 X 11 inch pages, font no smaller than 10 point) demonstrating ability to provide the products/system listed in this technical description. Documentation should be in bullet format. Your response to this sources sought notice, including any capabilities statement, shall be electronically submitted to the Contract Specialist, Mr. Antoine C. Denson, in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), via email antoine.c.denson.civ@mail.mil no later than 3:00 p.m. CST on July 24, 2019. Information and materials submitted in response to this request WILL NOT be returned. DO NOT SUBMIT CLASSIFIED MATERIAL. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the required products/system, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, CAGE code, DUNS number, primary points of contact (POCs) and email address, FAX, Web site address, telephone number, and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the requirements of this notice, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. All data received in response to this sources sought notice that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside the Government.
