Page 1 of 1 This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information from qualified vendors with special interest relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. Requirement The Dayton VA Medical Center has a requirement for quality control software for the Radiology Service that will provide quality control records along with acquired images. The Quality Control Software must meet the following minimum technical standards: MQSA and FDA EQUIP device QC for DBT/FFDM and BICOE modalities TJC device QC for CT, MRI, PET, Nuclear Medicine CDPH QC for Fluoro / C-Arms / Bi-Plane / Cath Lab ACR CEU/CME and Exam Tracking with email notices QC Event Tracking for PM, service and QC reviews Apron Tracking with barcodes Ultrasound transducer phantom QC with barcodes Ultrasound transducer HLD/exam traceability Automated Phantom QC for ACR, vendor and custom phantoms Centralized Failure Logs with corrective actions PDF Inspection Packages with Electronic Sign Off QC Document Tracking with Advanced Search Email Notices, Cautions and Warnings Enterprise Dashboard Delivery shall be made within 30 days of award to the Dayton VA Medical Center, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428-9000. Interested vendors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Registration is available at www.sam.gov. To be eligible to respond as an SDVOSB or VOSB, a firm must be Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) registered in VetBiz. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. Responses to this source sought notice shall contain the following information: Company name, address, point of contact with phone number, and DUNS number; Business type (SDVOSB/VOSB, SB, WOSB, etc.); Capability Statement; Provide product description and pictures; as well as, identify how the product meets all minimum technical standards FSS Contract Number, if applicable; and Authorized Distributor Letter, if your company is not the manufacturer. Provide answers to the following market research questions: Will the software provide a platform to centralize all Quality Control activities conducted on imaging equipment within the medical center? Does the software allow images acquired during QC activities to be stored and retrieved? Does the software allow for automated measurement of phantom testing and provide feedback when measurements are out of specification? What other activities can be tracked with this software, e.g. lead apron inspections, credentialing documents for technologists and physicists, etc.?
