- The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) - Office of Research and Engineering has a requirement to renew the annual MATLAB software maintenance agreement from the MathWorks Inc. (MathWorks). Additionally, several new licenses and toolboxes will be purchased: one Simulink, two Computer Vision Toolboxes, and two Curve Fitting Toolboxes. The maintenance agreement includes technical support of MATLAB software and the associated toolboxes used in accident investigation analysis. Examples of what the software and toolboxes are used to include: data acquisition, noise electrical analysis, image signal processing and map data animations.
